We collect only what Claimr needs.

Information stored by Claimr
Claimr stores your chosen username, secure authentication account identifier, subscription expiration, account status, and limited audit records needed to protect access. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never stored as readable text.
Third-party site information
Passwords and reusable session cookies for supported reward sites stay in your browser. Claimr reads permitted reward availability from pages where you are already signed in. The current extension keeps detected reward status and timers on your device.
Why we use data
We use account data to sign you in, enforce subscriptions, prevent duplicate payment or key crediting, maintain account operations, and secure the service. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
Account and entitlement records are retained while your account exists and as needed for security, payment, tax, and dispute obligations. Claimr does not provide password recovery under its current username-only account model. Account-request tools will be added inside the signed-in dashboard before public sales begin.
